Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a tool to release the tension & stress that resides in our physical body aids in the removal of toxins that congregate in areas. Once circulation is improved, the muscles finally get the oxygen & nutrients they have been craving & the body returns to a state of balance (homeostasis). This strengthens the immune system & increases your energy levels while improving your overall sense of well-being.
Ayurvedic Bodywork
Ayurveda is the Indian system of medicine & health care. It is the foundation or sister science of the Yoga tradition. Ayur – means life & Veda means science or knowledge. Ayurveda acknowledges that there is a unique relationship that each individual has with his or her environment. As long as we live in balance with that, our body has everything that it needs to be healthy & whole. Ayurveda is unique in that the diagnosis & treatments for imbalance consider the entire range of life from the macrocosm to the microcosm as well as the entire range of human experience from the physical/energetic/mental/emotional & spiritual aspects. Right diet, proper herbs & healthy lifestyle are encouraged as well as various bodywork treatments & various Yogic tools including meditation.

Reiki
Reiki means “Universal Life Energy.” It is the life force of the Universe. This natural healing method is more than 2500 years old. In the mid-1800’s Dr. Usui rediscovered this lost art. Reiki is a hands-on healing technique, and the practitioner serves as an open channel for the flow of Reiki energy. Because it is holistic, it can provide healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

Reiki Training
Reiki I – Initiation
This class teaches the history and the concepts of Reiki. A guided meditation prepares the student for the Reiki I initiation. This initiation (or attunement) uses a very ancient “Tibetan technology” to transfer amplified energy to the student. The initiation opens the student to be able to channel the healing energy of Reiki. Instruction is given in the procedures, techniques, and hand placements for healings. Ethics is also discussed. The attunement starts a 21 day cleansing period of the seven major chakras.
Reiki II – Absentee Healing
After learning the concepts of this class, the student is led through a guided meditation. This prepares the student for the Reiki II initiation. The initiation further opens the student to be able to channel the Reiki Ray. The student learns some of the Reiki symbols, techniques for absentee healing, how to analyze and open the chakra system, and how to apply the use of symbols to all healing. Another 21 day cleansing period of the seven major chakras begins.
Reiki III – Master Level
After being prepared by a guided meditation, the student receives the Master level initiation. This initiation completely opens the student to the Reiki Ray. The student learns more Reiki symbols and Reiki breathing (the breath of the dragon). The water ceremony is introduced. The student learns ways to heal Mother Earth and how to clear and energize crystals. A third 21 day cleansing cycle of the seven major chakras begins.
